England scrum half Andy Gomarsall loses his bark while rediscovering his bite

Scrum halves are, by nature, the yapping, snapping Jack Russells of the rugby
world, sniping behind the big dogs in the pack. They are bred to have too
much to say for themselves, projecting egos the size of a rottweiler as part
of their small-man syndrome. Which makes Andy Gomarsall’s admission at the
start of our interview all the more surprising.
