Andy Murray resting ahead of Olympics
AFP LONDON - Britain's Andy Murray has pulled out of next week's ATP tournament in Indianapolis to better prepare for the Beijing Olympics.
The world No.9 reached the quarter-finals at Wimbledon only to be blown away in straight sets by the tournament's eventual winner Rafael Nadal of Spain.
A spokesperson for the player said on his website, andymurray.com: “Andy wants to take some rest and recharge his batteries before a very gruelling period including the Beijing Olympics.”
Murray is expected to play both the singles and the doubles with older brother Jamie in Beijing.

The team was confirmed over the weekend and Andy and Jamie will play play the doubles together. Should be a decent chance of a medal, though the Bryan brothers will be well placed to win that!
