		<description>I am unimpressed with the proposals which allow the Maul to be collapsed. The dangers to players of low body weight would result in far more injuries.
Secondly,changes in the score system would not be desirable.
The scrummage in this game, at all levels, cater for players who pride themselves on strength, power and technique. Restrictions such as uncontested scrums is a retrograde step and should be looked at in order to value the contribution of a dominant scrummaging side.</description>
