Scotland expect Euan Murray to be back in time for France opener
Euan Murray, the Scotland prop, is set to shrug off a late injury scare before
the RBS Six Nations Championship and take his place in the squad for the
opening game at home to France on February 3. He has missed this week’s
training session at Murrayfield but a scan on the calf muscle late on Monday
night revealed that the tear was nowhere near as bad as had been feared and
James Robson, the Scotland team doctor, was confident he would be fit for
the start of the tournament.
